Loyalty Leave
As a token of appreciation for your loyalty and service to the company, the management is introducing a new employee benefit in the form of additional leave from 1 January 2026.
All employees who, as of 1 January of the relevant year, have reached a service anniversary equal to five times the duration of their primary employment contract (5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, … year) are entitled to 5 days of additional leave in that year. This leave is treated as a sick day.
Conditions for entitlement to loyalty leave:
a) period of maternity or parental leave – entitlement to leave is deferred by this
period b) period of receiving sickness benefits (sick leave, OČR), which exceeds 125 working days over the last 5 years – the deferral of the entitlement to leave is subject to individual assessment by company management
In 2026, all employees who have been employed by the company for 5 years or more as of 1 January 2026 will be entitled to loyalty leave.
Company management may decide otherwise in individual cases.

Who is eligible?
The contribution is intended for employees in full-time employment, following completion of their probationary period.
How is the contribution amount determined?
The amount of your monthly contribution depends on the length of your service with our company. On 1 January of each calendar year, we assess how long you have been working for us, and your contribution amount is adjusted accordingly.
Monthly contribution from the employer:
up to 4 years: CZK
350 5 to 9 years: CZK
400 10 to 14 years: CZK
500 15 to 19 years: CZK
550 20 to 24 years: CZK
600 25 to 29 years: CZK
650 30 to 34 years: CZK
700 35 years and over: CZK 750
Sick Days We introduced
Sick Days to give you the opportunity to recover in peace.
Here is the key information you need to know:
Who is eligible and how many days?
- Employees in full-time employment are entitled to 5 sick days per calendar year
- Drivers are an exception
- You are only entitled to sick days once you have successfully completed your probationary period
- If you work for only part of the year, you are entitled to a pro-rata share of sick days
- If you start work during the month, your entitlement is calculated from the first day of the following month
- If you terminate your employment during the month, you are not entitled to sick days for that month
- Any unused sick days at the end of the calendar year lapse on 31 December.
How are they approved and paid?
Sick days are approved by department heads, the managing director or the company’s executive director. During sick days, you are entitled to your standard salary as if you were at work.
Proportional entitlement to sick days based on length of service:
1 to 3 months: No entitlement
4 months: 1 day
5 months: 2 days
6 months: 2 days
7 months: 3 days
8 months: 3 days
9 months: 3 days
10 months: 4 days
11 months: 4 days
12 months: 5 days
Meal allowance: Pluxee electronic meal vouchers
We contribute to your meal costs in the form of Pluxee electronic meal vouchers worth 180 CZK.
Who are the vouchers for?
The vouchers are for employees in full-time employment.
Exceptions include:
- International lorry drivers (MKD) who receive a daily allowance
- Employees working under a contract for work or a contract for services.
How does it work and how much do we contribute?
We contribute 55% of the value of each meal voucher. This means that for a meal voucher worth CZK 180, we pay CZK 99. The remainder, i.e. CZK 81, is deducted from your salary. The deduction is made automatically based on the number of shifts for which you were entitled to a meal voucher in the given month.
When are you entitled to a meal voucher?
If:
- You work at least 3 hours of your scheduled shift on a normal working day
- You are attending professional training where meals were not provided
When does your entitlement to a meal voucher cease?
If:
- Your work lasted less than 3 hours
- You are on holiday
- You are on sick leave
- You are on a business trip and have been provided with a daily allowance
- You are absent from work for the whole day for other reasons
If your employment is terminated during the probationary period, your entitlement to all meal vouchers ceases.
A contribution of 1,500 CZK per year for leisure, sport, culture, education and health
We want you to feel good and have plenty of energy outside of work too. That’s why we’ve set aside a contribution of 1,500 CZK for you, which you can use on anything that brings you joy – whether it’s sport, culture, education or healthcare.
This allowance is paid directly to your Pluxee e-card. You can then simply choose how to spend it across Pluxee’s extensive network of partner establishments. You can find a list of all options on the website https://www.pluxee.cz/.
Who is eligible for the allowance?
Employees who have been working for our company for at least 10 months are eligible for the allowance.
The allowance is not intended for:
- Employees on a secondary employment contract
- Employees working under a Contract for Work (DPP) or a Contract for Services (DPČ)
- Employees in their notice period or those with whom termination of employment is being negotiated
- Employees not on the payroll (e.g. on maternity or parental leave)
- Employees on long-term sick leave lasting longer than 6 months
When and how will you receive the bonus?
We assess eligibility for the benefit retrospectively, always as of 1 January of the relevant year. If you meet the conditions, the bonus of CZK 1,500 will be credited to your electronic card by 31 January of the relevant year at the latest.

We are looking for new recruits to join our team of drivers and will reward those who help us find new colleagues.
Bonus for referring a new employee
If you refer a new MKD driver, you will receive a bonus of 20,000 CZK! This benefit will be paid out in stages:
- You will receive 5,000 CZK in your pay immediately after the new driver starts
- You will receive a further 5,000 CZK after the recommended driver has successfully completed a three-month probationary period
- You will receive the remaining CZK 10,000 one year after the new driver starts
Important: This benefit does not apply to members of the Truck team, as recruitment is part of their job responsibilities.
Important timing notes:
- If you join during the month, your entitlement to the bonus only begins from the 1st day of the following month
- If you leave your employment during the month, you will not be entitled to the bonus for that month
Contribution towards the Christmas party

How does it work?
Each department will receive a contribution from the company, the amount of which will be determined by senior management. These funds are intended to finance your Christmas gathering.
Your department manager will provide you with details regarding the handover and use of the contribution.
