Job description
- management of a modern warehouse handling pharmaceuticals, food products, ADR (hazardous) goods, and other products
- cooperation with multinational companies
- leadership and responsibility for a team of 40 employees across multiple projects
- optimization of warehousing and distribution processes
- preparation of pricing proposals and tender documentation
- communication with customers and business partners regarding warehousing and distribution processes
We demand
- strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a responsible approach to work
- high level of commitment and proven professional references
- previous experience in a warehouse management leadership role
- excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- flexibility, resilience under pressure, decisiveness, goal orientation, and a proactive mindset
- good computer skills
