Purchasing Officer

We are expanding our purchasing department and are looking for a new colleague to fill the role of Purchasing Officer!

Job description

  • Purchasing a selected range of goods (metal parts and components)
  • Communication with suppliers, preparation of supporting documents for contractual documentation
  • Working with the internal information system
  • Monitoring competitors’ prices and product ranges, striving to reduce costs
  • Market research and searching for new suitable suppliers

We demand

  • University or secondary school education – a technical background is an advantage
  • English at a conversational level is essential; knowledge of another language is an advantage
  • Experience in purchasing is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel
  • Category B driving licence
