Appointment of the CEO of MSA, a.s.

Petr Groh brings to MSA, a.s. extensive experience in senior management, particularly in the field of industrial valves and related technical solutions.

In his career to date, he has been involved in:

• managing manufacturing companies,
• developing business activities,
• stabilizing and growing companies in both domestic and foreign markets.

In his role as Executive Director, his main responsibilities will include:

• ensuring the smooth operation of the company,
• further developing the product portfolio,
• strengthening the company’s position in key markets where MSA, a.s. has not yet achieved its expected standing.

He will also focus on streamlining processes, team development, and the company’s long-term strategic direction within RKL HOLDING.

His work will emphasize the integration of technical know-how, high-quality production, and business development, as well as maintaining a high level of cooperation with customers and business partners.

Building on the company’s existing leadership and the CEO’s experience creates a solid foundation for the continued stable growth and development of MSA, a.s. in the coming years.
