Sustainability is in full swing: our lorries are fuelled by HVO

At RKL, we believe that sustainability is not just a word – it is the direction we want to take. That is why we have taken another step towards greener transport and now also refuel with HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) – a new-generation recycled diesel that offers significant environmental benefits.

HVO is produced from waste vegetable oils and animal fats, yet offers the same driving characteristics as conventional diesel. Its greatest advantage is a reduction in CO₂ emissions of up to 90%, thereby making a significant contribution to climate protection. HVO is fully compatible with modern diesel engines, without the need for any vehicle modifications.

By introducing HVO into our fleet, we are reducing the carbon footprint of our logistics operations, supporting the circular economy and contributing to cleaner air in the areas our vehicles pass through every day.
