The Czech Fire and Rescue Service successfully conducted a drill on the premises of MSA

From 26 to 28 May 2025, the MSA site hosted a large-scale tactical exercise by the Czech Fire and Rescue Service entitled ‘High-Rise Building Fire’.

The main objective of the exercise, led by the Commander of the Hlučín Fire Brigade, Ing. Kachel, was to enhance the firefighters’ skills in using breathing apparatus in high-rise buildings and to test the response and arrival times of the participating units.

The exercise was attended by two professional units of the Fire and Rescue Service from the Hlučín station and three units of voluntary fire brigades – specifically the Dolní Benešov Volunteer Fire Brigade, the Hlučín Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Bolatice Volunteer Fire Brigade.

For the entire RKL Holding group, supporting local initiatives and cooperating with the community is a long-term priority. The companies recognise the importance of active involvement in regional life and strive to contribute to its development and safety. Facilitating training for the fire brigade is just one example of this commitment, which also includes support for cultural, sporting and educational projects in Opava and the surrounding area.

MSA remains ready to cooperate with the Rescue Unit of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic on similar events, underlining its long-term commitment to safety and support for the components of the integrated rescue system.
